Take a slow Sunday morning for yourself and sink into two hours of gentle, intuitive creativity. In this relaxed art journaling workshop, we’ll explore simple prompts and playful techniques designed to help you switch off the noise, loosen perfectionism, and reconnect with your inner world.
You’ll be guided through mark-making, colour play, layering, and mindfulness-inspired exercises—no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore. This is less about creating a “perfect” page and more about finding freedom, expression, and a little calm through creativity.
A sketchbook will be provided for you to use during the workshop and take home with you, so you can continue your creative practice long after the session ends.
Expect chilled vibes, gentle guidance, warm company, and a nourishing space to simply be.
