This one's about letting go.
Chainless Wonder is from my very first collection after I came back to painting. For me it was all about freedom: finally giving myself permission to explore my love of art again, without worrying whether it was good enough. It's still one of my absolute favourites.
It's about tiptoeing into a place of freedom. You don't have to leap in all at once. You can loosen your grip a little at a time, and let go of whatever's been holding you back.
I let the paint move really freely in this one. There's a sweep of deep indigo and sage green rising up the canvas, with splashes of green flying off, and a soft wash of peach behind. All of it sits on a warm cream background, so it feels light and open.
I think it would look lovely in a living room, hallway or creative space, anywhere you want a bit of energy that still feels calm. It works beautifully with warm neutrals and natural wood, and I'd go for the natural oak or dark oak frame to bring out the greens.

Dark oak: a deeper, richer tone that grounds brighter colours

Delivery

I work hard to make sure the colours online are true to the print, but every screen is a little different, so there may be slight variations.

Hang it out of direct sunlight and away from damp areas like bathrooms, so the colours stay lovely for years.
