Ordering and Payment:

All orders placed through this website are subject to availability. In the event that an artwork or print is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Prices for artworks, prints, and commissions are listed in GBP Sterling and are subject to change without prior notice. The total price including shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payments through Paypal, Stripe & ClearPay.

Shipping and Delivery:

We aim to process and ship orders within 7 business days of receiving payment. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping is Free across all products on the website.

Beth Elsdon is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork to discuss.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Once we receive the returned artwork, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
