This painting is really about the opposite. You're never too grown up to dream. Too Grown Up To Dream is about realising it's never too late. I used deep forest green and bright raspberry pink in this one, with soft creams, olive green and a touch of pale grey-blue in between. The greens and pinks always feel so calming and grounding to me, but the loose, free brushstrokes give it a bit of a spark too, like something new is just getting started. I think it would look lovely in a bedroom, living room or creative space, anywhere you'd like a little nudge to go after the things you've been putting off. It looks great with natural wood, plants and soft neutrals.
