Flow is about that easy feeling when everything just clicks.
Soft brushstrokes drift across the canvas in deep teal, burnt orange and peach on a creamy background. Nothing's forced. It just moves, like a body that's warmed up and finally relaxed into it.
It's a really calming piece for a bedroom, living room or anywhere you'd like a bit of gentle movement on the wall.
Printed on 230gsm textured matte fine art paper
50 x 50 cm or 70 x 70 cm
Unframed, or framed in natural oak or dark oak
Printed to order, just for you
I hope this one helps you go with the flow a little more. Beth x
The Pilates Collection
This collection came out of something really lovely. Last year, Heather from The Pilates Barn commissioned me to paint an original piece for the reception of her beautiful new Pilates studio. When I delivered it, we got chatting and ended up planning a whole collection together.
That became five original paintings, each based on one of the core principles of Pilates: Flow, Control, Concentration, Breath and Centering. I didn't want to paint the words literally. Instead, each one is about how that principle feels: the quiet focus before you start moving, the rhythm of your breath, the effort it takes to stay present.
They all share the same calm palette of soft creams, deep green and burnt orange, so they look beautiful on their own or hung together as a set.
