Creative activity calms the nervous system and gives your mind somewhere to rest that isn't a screen.
I didn't know that when I first picked up a brush, I just knew it helped. It gave me somewhere to put the pressure, the perfectionism, the noise. Over time, it gave me back a sense of myself outside everything I was supposed to be doing.
I wanted to share that feeling, so a few times a month, I invite people into the studio - to let go, get a little bit messy and slow down.

"I found the workshop to be calming, nourishing, gentle and encouraging. It was the perfect way to reconnect with the playful side of creativity, and the studio space itself is truly gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone looking for self care, connection and play. Would also make a fab gift voucher for someone! Can’t wait to come back ."

"Beth's workshops are brilliant fun, I've been with friends, family and on my own, they have become part of my selfcare, my therapy, a lovely few hours escapism. You don't even need to be "creative" to join, it's just good fun."
